Viking Engineering

This project involved a 79,034 sf buildout for Viking Engineering's new facility in Blaine, Minnesota. Work included a machine shop with crane, manufacturing and welding build-bays, warehouse storage racking, paint booth, oil containment pit, shipping and receiving areas, offices, conference rooms, training rooms, fitness rooms, locker room, breakrooms, reception area, call center, IT/server rooms and restrooms.
