UMN Nils Hasselmo Hall Lab Renovation
This project involved the remodel of three laboratories in Nils Hasselmo Hall, the basic sciences and biomedical engineering building. Work on Level 1 involved a 1,492 sf remodel of Labs 1-279 and 1-246. The scope included adding two handwash sinks with eye washes, adding power for equipment, demolition of a lab bench, modification of another lab bench, adding DI water to one bench, lowering an existing sink for ADA, the replacement of one emergency shower and eyewash combo unit and adding three new counter tops. Work on Level 2 involved a 190 sf remodel of Lab 2-101B. The scope included remodeling an existing conference room into office space.
