UMN Morris Blakely Hall Hot Water Conversion Upgrades

This project involved the conversion of an existing steam heating system to a hot water system. Work included the removal of all existing steam piping and installation of new hot water piping, a new fresh air ventilation system and updated lighting on the lower level of Blakely Hall. Chilled water lines were also stubbed into the building for future use.
