UMN Donhowe 3rd Floor Renovation
This project renovated 15,000 SF on the third floor of the Donhowe Building, transforming it into a modern, flexible workplace. The scope included removing ceiling tiles and partial carpet, demolishing and replacing the kitchenette with updated casework, and reconfiguring a classroom to create new conference and huddle rooms. Interior finishes were refreshed throughout, and owner-provided modular furniture was installed to support collaborative work. Electrical and data infrastructure was updated, including core-drilling through concrete floors and above-ceiling rough-ins to provide power to columns and support new Wi-Fi access points. The result is a functional, modern workspace that balances refreshed aesthetics with improved technology and collaboration spaces for employees.
