Snelling Retail Shell

This project involved the demolition of an old Dairy Queen and the construction of a new retail building shell along a busy Snelling Avenue in St. Paul, MN. The scope also included paving a 14 stall parking lot. Dunkin’ Donuts and Red Savoy will occupy the newly created retail space.
