SCTCC Biology Lab Renovation

This project involved a 2,700 sf renovation of two existing biology labs and a prep room along with a 2,000 sf corridor remodel. It was made possible through a donation from CentraCare Health and doubled the numbers of seats available for students. The scope included new corridor artwork, new laboratory casework and fixtures, new flooring and ceiling, an updated mechanical duct system and updated electrical connections.
