SCSU Heating Plant Roof & Fire Suppression

This project involved the replacement of 16,000 sf of roof at the Heating Plant on campus. All existing roof materials were removed to structure and new systems installed. All associated flashing sheet metal and curbing were also replaced and added. In addition, mechanical systems associated with the roof were replaced, modified or temporarily removed and reinstalled for the new roof.

The project also included installation of a new fire suppression system throughout the building, upgrading new fire alarm systems and devices, and masonry repairs at multiple areas on the building exterior.
