SCSU Eastman Hall Renovation
This project involved the complete renovation of St. Cloud State University’s historic Eastman Hall, built in 1929. An existing pool was demolished and infilled, and a third-level addition over an existing gym added more than 15,000 sf. The scope included the construction of classrooms, exam rooms, waiting rooms, consultation rooms, laboratories, a phlebotomy lab, a pharmacy, therapy rooms, conference rooms, staff rooms and break rooms.
Now home to the new Center for Health and Wellness Innovation, Eastman Hall offers classroom and clinical training spaces for students studying to be counselors, nurses and medical technicians.
