SCSU East & West Shoemaker Halls

This project involved a renovation and addition to East and West Shoemaker Halls – traditional six and four story, dormitory-style student housing buildings with a two-story connecting commons building. The project included 174 resident rooms (310 beds), creating common areas, new bathrooms, accessible bathrooms, student lounges, kitchenettes, recycling areas, accessible staff apartment, new entrance addition, storage, data, and mechanical/electrical systems.
