Rogers South Community Park

The South Community Park project in Rogers, MN, transformed a 3.36-acre site into a vibrant, multi-use recreational space for the community through a thoughtfully executed two-phase construction process. Phase 1 focused on expanding outdoor recreation opportunities with the construction of four youth ballfields, eight covered dugouts, two batting cages, and two hockey rinks. To support increased park use, we also completed a parking lot expansion and added scenic trails weaving through the nearby wetlands. As part of our commitment to environmental stewardship, we built drainage basins to manage field runoff — protecting the sensitive wetland areas adjacent to both the park and Rogers Elementary School. Phase 2 added key amenities to enhance visitor comfort and accessibility. Working closely with the owner’s structural partner, we constructed a new warming house, storage facility, concessions building and fully accessible restrooms — creating a welcoming, year-round destination for recreation and community gatherings.
