Riverway Church

Terra Construction partnered with Riverway Church on the construction of its new permanent home in Champlin. Located on a 7.5-acre site at the northwest corner of Highway 169 and 117th Avenue, the new facility provided Riverway with a dedicated space to expand its mission of serving the northwest metro community.

The project included construction of a new worship facility totaling 21,902 sf in its initial phase. Interior spaces featured a 4,631 sf sanctuary, a welcoming lobby, café and kitchen, seven classrooms, three nursery rooms, administrative and support spaces, and restrooms. Site improvements included grading, utilities, and construction of a new parking lot designed to support large gatherings and community events.
