RBC Wealth Management Relocation

This project involved a complete gut and build-out of the entire first floor of a multi-tenant building in Lilydale, creating a modern, fully functional office space for a relocating tenant from downtown St. Paul. The renovation included private offices, two conference rooms, men’s and women’s restrooms, a kitchen, breakroom, and a mother’s room. Conference rooms were finished with custom Acoustibuilt ceilings, installed as 4' x 6' panels over plywood, with seams filled five times and sprayed with seven to nine coats of fine texture, allowing each layer to dry in between. Careful sequencing ensured light diffusers were installed before texturing, preventing rework and achieving a seamless, high-quality finish throughout the space.
