Plaisted Companies Addition & Remodel

Plaisted Companies, a supplier of soils, sands and other landscaping materials, was looking to expand their dispatch area and offices to accommodate their anticipated growth. The project involved an interior renovation and two story addition that included an expanded dispatch area, conference rooms, offices, break rooms, sales desk, retail and parts storage spaces, restrooms, locker-room improvements, company store, work room and executive lounge. The project also included the installation of a fire sprinkler system throughout the new addition and existing facility served by above ground storage tanks.
