Performance Foodservice Breakroom & Test Kitchen

This tenant improvement project involved the renovation of an existing space for a breakroom and test kitchen within the Performance Foodservice distribution center. The project was completed in two phases with the 1,806 sf breakroom being completed first, followed by the 1,443 sf test kitchen. Performance Foodservice will use the space for customer testing of their array of food products.
