Old Southern BBQ (Excelsior)

This project involved a full buildout of an existing tenant space, transforming it into a fully equipped, operational food service facility. Work included a welcoming waiting area, dining space, full commercial kitchen with two full-size smokers, a walk-in freezer, storage, POS stations, and an exterior walk-up food pickup window. Roof work included patching after removing old air handling units, installing new units, and adding a condenser for the walk-in fridge. The space previously operated as another fast-casual restaurant with only a prep area, so all mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded to support full kitchen operations. Longer lead times on air handling units required careful scheduling to maintain project momentum.
