MSU – Moorhead Comstock Memorial Union

This project involved a renovation and addition to Comstock Memorial Union which serves as their student union. The scope of the project added 3,200 square feet of open lounge space, renovated 3,000 square feet of quiet study lounge on the second floor and renovated 27,000 square feet of lounge, student organization and office space on the main level including social spaces, fireplaces and a welcome center.
