Metro State University Student Center & Library

This project consisted of two renovations in separate buildings. In the Student Center, the existing café was remodeled into a 5,142 sf Barnes and Noble bookstore, parent center with offices and a food shelf. Then, the previous 3,853 sf Barnes and Noble location store at the Library was renovated into an ICES office suite and an art gallery.

Both projects included demolition of existing partition walls, providing new (or reusing) finishes, new lighting, new HVAC layouts and new power distribution.
