ISD 728 Zimmerman Middle/High School Gateway

This two-phase project enhanced athletic facilities and site infrastructure. Phase 1 delivered new concessions and restrooms on the south side of the football field. Phase 2, completed during summer break, included a full parking lot overhaul, retention pond construction, new underground utilities, and 120,000 square feet of concrete flatwork.
