ISD 728 Rogers Middle School Renovations

This 24,737 sf middle school renovation modernized classrooms, specialized learning spaces, and common areas while the school remained operational. The project included comprehensive interior updates, with demolition and replacement of finishes to refresh the facility. Renovated spaces included classrooms, breakout areas, science labs, the media center, and band and choir rooms, enhancing both functionality and the learning environment. A new restroom was added to improve accessibility and convenience for students and staff. By carefully phasing work and coordinating construction activities, the team minimized disruption to daily school operations while delivering a refreshed, flexible, and engaging educational environment that supports a variety of academic, artistic, and collaborative programs for the school community.
