ISD 728 District Office Relocation

Terra provided construction management services for the remodel of the former Minnesota School of Business facility in Elk River, MN when the space became the new ISD 728 District Offices. While many of the offices were able to be maintained and new finishes were installed, the existing classrooms were modified to meet specific program needs of the school district. Also, a new training/ public meeting room was constructed in a former classroom space and allowed the school district to hold their meetings in their own facility instead of offsite in a leased space.
