Hamline University Drew Hall Renovation

This project involved a complete remodel of all toilet and shower rooms within Drew Hall. The renovation included 27 single occupant restrooms and 17 separate shower rooms. The scope also included extensive mechanical and electrical work including converting steam to water, air handling equipment, new electrical service, medium voltage work and distribution for the building.
