Carleton College Student Housing Phase 3 & Utilities
This campus housing project modernized multiple residential buildings while improving the reliability and efficiency of their building systems. Work included renovations to each building, upgrades to domestic hot water systems, and installation of new underground hot and cold water infrastructure serving fan coil units throughout the facilities. A major component of the project was the installation of a Darcy Well geothermal system, providing efficient heating and cooling to Parish House, Parish Garage, Douglas House, Page House, and Rice House. The work was carefully coordinated across occupied campus housing facilities to minimize disruption while delivering long-term improvements to comfort, performance, and energy efficiency.
