Carleton College Musser Hall Re-Roof & Interior Repairs

This project included the removal and replacement of roofing, removal of existing steam heating system and replacement with a hot water system for all resident room radiation, roof AHU removal and replacement with new Energy Recovery Unit. This project also included new finishes in all the dorm rooms of this four floor building.
