Carleton College Laird Hall Renovation
This project involved renovations to historic Laird Hall, built in 1905. Concurrent with the classroom and common space renovations, the scope included transitioning Laird Hall from steam to hot water heating, making it fully accessible, adding fire sprinklers, and installing a new elevator and updated restrooms. Work also included both mechanical and electrical system upgrades, and a new central air conditioning system.
