Carleton College Davis Hall Re-Roof & Exterior Repairs
This project included a full removal of the existing membrane, base flashing, sheet metal flashings and all remnants of the original roof. Upon completion of removal, the existing deck was examined and any deterioration or deficiencies were completed and a complete new EPDM roof system was installed. A portion of the roof included removing existing flat soldered seam panels and installing new underlayment and new soldered flat seam copper and gutters to match the existing building. In addition to roofing, the scope also included re-pointing the interior side of the gable parapet walls and the interior turret parapet walls along with replacing dormer windows, chimney repairs and stone cap restoration.
