Bemidji State University Hagg-Sauer Hall
This project involved the demolition of the existing 82,500 sf Hagg-Sauer Hall and construction of a new 27,739 sf Academic Learning Center. Work also included 54,883 sf of renovation in Bensen Hall, Sattgast Hall, Bridgeman Hall, Bangsberg Hall and A.C. Clark Library. The scope include creating flexible teaching spaces and active learning classrooms, creating student study, gathering and collaboration spaces, upgrading faculty offices and multi-purpose labs, and removing $8,800,000 in deferred maintenance. The project impacted 14 different college programs.
