ALDI #102 – Princeton

A ground up build of a one-story 23,000 sf retail grocery store was completed in Princeton, MN. The project was on a fast track schedule and consisted of new asphalt, concrete, irrigation, landscaping, and retail grocery store supported by concrete foundation, structural steel and metal studs with brick exterior.

The interior of the space included thick-set tile from Germany, meat coolers, freezers, loading dock, display units, checkout counters, and newly updated graphics. ALDI operates stores in 16 states across the country and are consistently growing. A large backroom area was included in this project for future expansion.
