401 Lake Street East
This project involved the demolition of an existing building at a busy intersection in downtown Wayzata and the construction of a new 23,753 sf, three-story office building with interior courtyard. The site features retail and 13,134 sf enclosed parking on both the main level and underground, office/retail space on the second floor and office space on the third floor.
