Stephanie entered the construction industry in 2018 and quickly discovered her favorite part of the job: watching projects evolve from the first pursuit to the final, finished facility. Married with two daughters and a black lab named Luna, she originally considered careers in architecture and graphic design—an influence that still shows up in her sharp eye for detail. One of her first memorable projects at Terra was helping bring the company’s rebrand to life.
Outside of work, Stephanie’s playful side shines through. She can recite the Preamble of the Constitution from memory, tackle the “Peter Piper” tongue twister fast enough to make her daughter giggle, and proudly say she’s stood beside the world’s largest living tree by volume – The General Sherman. At Terra, her favorite parts of the day are the people, the lunches, and the fun email chains that keep workdays anything but ordinary.
