Stacey Gruett

Stacey has been in the construction industry since 1991 and is known around Terra as the “Mama Bear.” She enjoys seeing the long term impact of her work and takes pride in spotting Terra projects out in the community. She is motivated by helping build a strong foundation where employees can thrive, guided by her motto, "Make hay when the sun shines." She especially values team connection and the everyday moments that come from working together, including Terra events and when employees bring dogs to work.

Outside of work, Stacey is a lifelong Minnesotan who still is not a fan of winter. She is an animal lover, married a twin, and is a mom to boy girl twins. She also enjoys gardening and caring for her more than 20 orchids, always looking forward to spring planting season.
