Sam Terwey

Sam has been part of the construction industry since 2023 and is a native of Buffalo, Minnesota. His interest in building started early and naturally grew into a career where he enjoys seeing ideas come to life and being part of something tangible at the end of each day.

As a superintendent, Sam values the relationships that make every project successful. He enjoys meeting new people, collaborating with project partners, and finding ways to keep things moving forward. Rather than taking a hardheaded approach, Sam focuses on being solution-oriented, adaptable, and easy to work with. He aims to create a positive jobsite where challenges are met with teamwork and progress stays on track. When he’s not on site, you’ll likely find Sam spending time with his dog and enjoying a well-earned break from the day’s work.
