Rob Spah

Rob is a husband, father of five, and grandfather of four. He brings years of experience and a hands-on approach to his role as a superintendent, leading by example and building strong relationships with the tradesmen and women he works alongside. Rob has learned that being a good listener can be one of the greatest strengths a leader can have, and he applies that every day on the job.

A long-time family man, Rob enjoys cooking outdoors on the BBQ and smoker, sharing meals with loved ones. His dedication, approachable nature, and passion for the craft make him a valued member of every project he oversees.
