Mitch has been in the construction industry since 1991 and grew up in a family immersed in commercial construction. Born and raised in Lyle, Minnesota, he’s known for being easygoing and genuine.
Married to his high school sweetheart and a proud father of two, Mitch balances work and family with ease. His work style can be summed up in three words: Stay Positive, Work Hard, Make It Happen. Over the years, he’s learned that respect is earned through positive leadership, a principle that shapes how he leads teams and delivers results.
