Kelly Scharber
Administrative Assistant
Kelly has been part of the construction industry since 1998 and got her start through her family’s general contracting firm, where she grew up surrounded by the industry from an early age. Originally from Louisiana, she has lived in eight different states throughout her career, working on construction projects in seven of them.
In her role, Kelly enjoys problem solving and creating efficiency while working alongside others to keep projects moving forward. She values collaboration and finds the most satisfaction in seeing a job well done at the end of the day. Outside of work, Kelly has five kids and met her husband at a wedding. One experience that has stayed with her over the years is surviving a copperhead snake bite, which left her terrified of snakes.
