Brooks O'Brien

Brooks has been part of the construction industry since 2022 and got his start working in landscaping for six years, including running his own landscaping company and completing projects of all sizes. Brooks also spent four years playing football while attending college. Outside of work, he has one older brother and one younger brother.

In his role, Brooks enjoys constantly learning and improving processes to help create faster, more cohesive projects. He describes himself as easygoing and people focused, bringing a collaborative mindset to each project he works on. One lesson construction has taught him is that taking accountability helps build trust while continuing to improve within your role.
