Alysia has been part of the construction industry since 2022, starting in residential construction before making the move to Terra. She was drawn to the opportunity to stay in the industry while becoming part of a strong, people focused culture. Outside of work, she is married and a dog mom to Lola, her energetic mini goldendoodle who keeps life fun and busy.
In her role, Alysia enjoys that no two days are the same and values being involved in a wide range of work, allowing her to contribute in different ways while staying connected to the bigger picture. She approaches both work and life with a positive mindset, focusing on the bright side and finding something to be grateful for in every situation. Her work style is best described as organized, detail oriented, and reliable.
