Hennepin Healthcare Crisis Residence

This project included the renovation of the 3633 Chicago Avenue building in Minneapolis. The scope included resident bedrooms, living room, commercial and resident kitchens, nurse’s room and laundry room.

The Crisis Residence was the newest addition to the psychiatry continuum of care and provides short-term intensive treatment for individuals who are physically stable, but need further assistance before returning to their home and is an alternative to hospitalization.
