UMN Vet Med Center Clinical Skills Lab

This project renovated two contiguous former x-ray rooms into a single student clinical skills lab/classroom. The scope including demolition of existing concrete walls, raised floor, miscellaneous shelving, steel rolling barn doors, steel X-ray equipment supports and existing MEP. Work also included new finishes, plumbing fixtures, HVAC system, fire sprinkler, electrical data and power, and general and surgical lighting.
