The On Being Project Lower Level Buildout

This project involved a 2,200 sf renovation to build out underutilized storage space below the existing studio. The scope including creating new meeting rooms, a light studio and storage space on the previously unfinished lower level in this historic Citilights building in Minneapolis. Terra also completed the original remodel of the main floor studio in 2013 with Cuningham Group.
