Dalton has been in the construction industry since 2019, bringing an organized, self motivated, and collaborative approach to every project. He enjoys seeing a project take shape from initial drawings through completion, especially when it results in meaningful improvements for the community.

Originally from Anoka, Minnesota, Dalton is a dog dad to his Aussiedoodle, Archie. He values working alongside teammates who share similar passions, finding energy in the day to day collaboration and connection that comes with building something together.
