Ben Newlin

Ben has been in the construction industry since 1998. Originally from Grantsburg, Wisconsin, he grew up in the country outside of this small town, spending many summer days at the neighbor’s dairy farm. He and his wife Kelly are raising three children, and with active kids, they are always on the go as busy parents. Ben takes pride in his work and personal life, balancing a strong work ethic with a love for the outdoors, humor, and family time.

Known for his attention to detail, integrity, and hands-on approach, Ben thrives on delivering projects the right way while building strong relationships with his team and clients. He enjoys seeing his team succeed and finds joy in shared moments, whether it’s laughter in the office, Terra’s summer BBQs, or team gatherings. Outside of work, he enjoys time at the lake, golfing, outdoor activities, and finding opportunities to learn, build, and contribute every day.
