Anya Beck

Anya has been in the construction industry since 2003. She was born in Switzerland and spent her early childhood moving between England and Switzerland before settling in Minnesota in the late 1980s. She fondly remembers her first trip to an American grocery store, Rainbow Foods, overwhelmed by the size and selection. Even as a kid, Anya was drawn to design, while others read comic books, she poured over Time-Life Home Repair and Improvement books and by age 13 had designed her own penthouse apartment.

Known for being detailed, responsible, and a strong communicator, Anya thrives on collaboration and team engagement. A few months after completing a project, an owner remarked how much they missed their weekly design meetings, appreciating the teamwork and process as much as the final product. For Anya, mistakes are opportunities, each one builds experience and knowledge, making her an even stronger asset in project planning and risk management.
