Elk River Public Safety Building Reno/Expansion

This project included renovations and an expansion to Elk River’s Public Safety Building which included Fire Station #2 and the Police Department. The fire station scope included a 3,800 sf expansion to include two apparatus bays as well as a 4,000 sf renovation of the existing apparatus bays and supports spaces including a turnout gear storage room, decontamination areas, locker rooms, showers, kitchen and dayroom. The police department scope included a 12,200 sf interior renovation to improve security and workspace efficiency as well as the buildout of a 4,000 sf second floor shell space.
