Carleton College Severance Hall Re-Roof & Exterior Repairs

This project included roof replacement and exterior repair work at Severence Hall. The scope included roof removal, replacement of deteriorated decking and a complete new roofing system consisting of insulation, membrane, synthetic underlayment and new or existing salvaged roof tiles. In addition to roofing, the scope also included re-pointing of the interior side of the gable and turret parapet walls along with wall areas adjacent to turret walls, replacing dormer windows and chimney repairs.
