House of Hope Presbyterian Church Utility Improvements
House of Hope Presbyterian Church’s steam heating system was at the end of its useful life. Terra replaced and upgraded the existing 2 pipe undersized steam heating system/cooling system with a 4 pipe hot water/cooling system. Work also included a steam boiler replacement with new hot water condensing boilers, upsized chiller, upgraded fintube radiation, new fan coil units and induction units in the education and office spaces, upsized piping, new upsized electrical service and lighting upgrades. Finish renovations included new ACT ceilings, new carpet in select areas and new offices. Additionally, a non-functional kitchen was demolished to a shell space for storage with the ability to be converted into a new commercial/catering kitchen in the future.
