Terra Awarded Hi Lake Shopping Center Shell

Terra was recently awarded construction of the Hi Lake Shopping Center shell on East Lake Street in Minneapolis. The project includes construction of a tenant space shell and restrooms. Terra is working with Wellington Management and Tanek on the project.
