Terra Awarded Century College Engineering and Applied Technology Center Project

Terra was awarded construction management services for the Engineering and Applied Technology Center project at Century College. The project will renovate 10,600 sf of existing space on two floors and add a 4,000 sf mezzanine. The space will include learning commons, flex labs and upgrades to the welding laboratory while also addressing ADA and deferred maintenance issues.
