Terra recently completed the 29,000 sf renovation for Kiewit’s new Minnesota office space in the Norman Point 1 building in Bloomington, Minnesota. The 15-week project consisted of open office, private offices, training, conference and workroom space, breakroom and restrooms. We worked with architect HOK, engineer Lankford Fendler, and Piedmont Realty Trust.
