Construction Underway at the University of Minnesota Lab School – Child Development Center

Terra has started excavation and sitework for the renovation and addition of the University of Minnesota’s Lab School – Child Development Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The updated building will be approximately 32,000 sf and provide program space for 140 full-day children from the current Child Development Center and 100 half-day children from the Shirley G. Moore Lab School, one of the oldest laboratory schools in the United States. Terra is working with Miller Dunwiddie, Emanuelson-Podas, BKBM, Damon Farber and the University of Minnesota on the project.
