ARCC Library Renovation Complete

Terra wrapped up the renovation of Anoka Ramsey Community College’s Library. The 19,600 sf renovation included new dean’s offices and a complete remodel of the library to include updated technology and learning spaces. Terra worked with Hay Dobbs on the project which is Phase 1 of a two-phase project.
